These are the photos I had on my laptop from when I was in Europe during the 2006 FIFA World Cup. Most of the pictures are from the Piazza del Duomo in Milan, Italy, which is where I watched the final. There is also one picture from the Frankfurt soccer stadium, where I watched the Germany-Italy semifinal with my friend Tomas.
Another game. Another win. I think this is the Crew 7th straight win. This one wasn’t actually part of their MLS schedule, but it is still nice to win. I don’t like these night games nearly as much as the day games. My photos are a lot better when the sun is out.
What a wonderful match last night. The Crew took on one of their current rivals, Toronto FC. It came down to the last minutes with Columbus scoring the go-ahead goal in the 93rd minute.
